We'll soon be opening our doors to welcome you to the LIVE HOTELS Bordeaux lac.
We
are closely monitoring the latest developments in the international
health crisis, and the safety and protection of our employees and guests
is our main priority.
We will be able to welcome guests as from
16th September 2020 and meet all your needs, but the general health
context means that we have to implement specific actions to safeguard
everybody’s health and safety:
- Reminder of the barrier measures and how they are applied by our employees.
- Hand sanitizer available to our customers as soon as they enter the complex.
- Social distancing and protection.
- Specific cleaning processes: use of effective products against the COVID-19 virus for cleaning communal areas and bedrooms.
- Bedroom keys disinfected after each stay.
- Surfaces cleaned and disinfected every day, several times a day.
- The organisation of our staff and the services on offer have been adapted specifically:
- Reception desk staffed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.

Late arrivals procedure for arrivals after 11 p.m. (key to be collected
from a safe - a procedure will be sent to you before your stay).

The conditions for cancelling your stay have been updated so that you
can book with peace of mind. We care about your well-being and offer
flexible rates with a range of cancellation options.
- Contactless
payment and online check-in are the preferred methods in the current
context, and you can request that an invoice be sent to you.
We
are doing our utmost to give you the best possible choices for
breakfast, dining and bar service, and we hope that you will be able to
take full advantage of the gourmet cuisine the hotel has to offer, but
the current health regulations are still restrictive and limit the
services we are able to offer. You will receive full information on your
arrival at the hotel.
Remember that all our LONG apartments have
a fitted kitchenette including a fridge, glass-ceramic cooking hob and
basic crockery, and that all our bedrooms have tea / coffee making
facilities.
There is no housekeeping service during your stay,
but for any stay over three consecutive nights, you will be offered a
bedding kit in the middle of your stay.
